|Recommended: YesAmazing place to live — Legends at Clara is an awesome place to live in. The staff are friendly and have been helpful in numerous situations. I admire how clean the neighborhood is kept and how helpful and polite the curtesy officers are. My family and I love to utilize the pool and grills on our off time. im glad I choose this neighborhood to reside in.

|Recommended: YesGreat place — Coming from a home I didn’t know what to expect moving into an apartment. The staff was great and always answered the phone to assist with any documents and the application process. Very clean apartment and facilities. Would highly recommend this place. So far very little noise and easy parking.

|Recommended: YesLegends at Clara — If you're looking for an awesome place to live in Panama City Beach come to Legends at Clara. The manager and her staff are phenomenal and so pleasant and informative to talk to about living here We've only been here for a short time but we love it The maintenance staff Ira and Tim, Ira is the supervisor and Tim is the technician are very knowledgeable and friendly too. The grounds look great, the pool is wonderful and the residents are so nice 👍. We highly recommend living here 😁

|Recommended: YesGreat place — Do wish there was more parking or assigned parking, sometimes when I get off work and come home I have to park down at a whole different building and walk to my apartment
Thank you for your feedback! We will look into assigned parking to see if that can alleviate your parking issues! In the meantime will will let the courtesy officers know to ramp up their parking audits.

Dealing with multiple PCB apartment staff and Condo HOAs in my everyday profession, I can say with confidence the Legends office staff is without a doubt the most professional and friendliest group I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Legends at Clara is truly a hidden gem for living in PCB.

|Recommended: YesIf you want quiet and well maintained, this is your place — Legends at Clara have their act together Maintenance and management staff are very professional, friendly and responsive. This complex is very well managed right down to keeping the compactor area in order. The dog park was not built as an after thought. They even put in proper drainage, unlike many other places I looked at. The only reason I have construction quality at 4 stars is because they didn't use top of the line building materials and the appliances, although stainless steel, are a bit toward the lower end. HOWEVER, they did use better quality building materials than most apartment complex builds and they were installed well. Overall, I'm very satisfied with renting here

|Recommended: YesNew renter — The only issue we had moving in was the absence of an AT T modem for instant on feature. We had to wait several days for AT T to come out to install modem and set up our account. Would recommend double checking for both Xfinity and AT T modems are installed in data closet prior to new renters moving in. Thank you.
