|Recommended: YesHappy — I moved in 4 years ago and only a few buildings were complete. I have never been happier in an apartment. It's quiet, clean and safe. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. They are all very qualified and take great care of us tenants. Move here, you will be glad you did Oh and my dog, Gus gives 5 stars too. He loves visiting the office

|Recommended: YesJust moved in — Everything has been great so far, Michelle in the office was amazing to work with and the whole staff has been very helpful. A few minor issues with the apartment were fixed within a day of submitting the request. The property is kept spotless and looks amazing.

|Recommended: YesExperience — It’s been a great experience, we were hesitant not knowing to expect however Michelle Gave us the warmest welcome and has walked with us throughout this whole process making it easy and comfortable. Overall being new to the area it is beautiful and so is its amenities and we look forward to the continued support and growth of it all.

|Recommended: YesVery nice complex. — My only problem is with certain residents in my building. They can't seem to follow the rules such as illegally parking in Handicapped parking spots, leaving garbage cans out for days sometimes a week at a time and having a dog out and not using a leash. Other than that, my neighbors are great and it is a beautiful complex. The pool and workout areas are fantastic.

|Recommended: YesResident — We were moving to PCB from out of state.We spent weeks reading reviews before deciding on Legends of Clara.I want to thank Daniel for all his time and patience for helping us through the application process till we moved in and continues to help with anything we need.The whole management team are very helpful,friendly and ready to help.The maintenance team is very prompt,friendly and does an outstanding job.The apartments are in a great location.The community is quiet,clean and well maintained.The Apartments are very spacious.I love the walk in closets in all my bedrooms.I love all the amenities.We love the dog park.It is clean and great to be able to let our dogs off there leashes to run and explore.We love the Residental Portal.The apartments keeps the residents well informed during the hurricane season.I feel so safe living in this community.It really feels like home here.
